Nice experience.

Has to be one of the best We visited as a party of 6. We received a warm welcome and started our evening with a drink whilst menu surfing. Our table was ideal for 6 and service was prompt and efficient. Food wad very good, i had chicken livers to start and can recommend that as a starter followed by Lasagne.
Finishing with Tiramisu all dishes were great. All our part enjoyed their meals and the Spag Bol was a mountain. Overall a great experience.

Perfect end to a good weekend away...

As soon as we walked in we knew we were in a quality establishment, the place just oozes class. We chose Cielo as our last meal of the weekend trip to Birmingham. It was late afternoon on Sunday, We were greeted by very professional staff who took our coats and showed us to a table, we ordered drinks and surveyed the menu, our drinks arrived in quality glassware and well presented, we ordered our food and decided on the traditional Sunday Lunch, what a lunch, top quality produce cooked perfectly and served piping hot and presented very well, a lovely Nero D'Avlo which was wine of the month exquisite. the whole experience was fabulous. This restaurant is not part of a large chain it is independent and well worth supporting, they do everything very very well and they deserve your custom, you will not be disappointed. Most enjoyable meal...

We sought out an upscale Italian restaurant in Birmingham and were not disappointed. Living in the suburbs of New York City, where quality Italian food is a standard, we didn't know if a restaurant in the Midlands of England would meet our expectations. The atmosphere, the service and most importantly the food did not disappoint. A very nice, reasonably priced, wine list was presented. Our appetizers and entrees (two pasta dishes and one fish dish) were plentiful portions and were well played. No dessert for us. Located in a vibrant part of the city, it was easy to access by taxi from our city centre hotel. Definitely recommended.

Remarkable service and food...

Came here for a birthday treat with my boyfriend and it defiantly was a treat! Nothing was too much from our servers who always ensured we didn't have to pour our own drinks, folded our napkins every time we were done with them and were very attentive without being intrusive. The added 10% service charge is worth paying when you receive a level of service as we did last night... Thank you! We had all three courses and every one was amazing. Prawns were very meaty and cooked well, the lamb was cooked to PERFECTION I was utterly impressed and dessert was very nice too. Our servers even gave us a shot of limoncello (my partner had baileys as he doesn't like limoncello) for free at the end of our visit. Every course was presented well and the attention to detail really blew us away. Thank you again Cielo, you really made our evening!.
